Agreement to Terms
By enrolling in this Group Coaching Program (the "Program"), you (the "Client") agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with enrollment.

Program Description
Your purchase grants you access to a 6-month group coaching program led by Jeanne Collins of the House of JerMar. Weekly group coaching sessions are included and encouraged, but participation is optional. Enrollment also includes access to a digital course designed to support your empowerment and mindset journey.

Duration of Access
Group coaching participation will be available for 6 months from the date of purchase. Access to the digital course will continue until the course is discontinued.

Results Disclaimer
This Program is designed to support personal growth, mindset development, and empowerment. However, individual results are not guaranteed. Success depends on personal commitment, effort, and readiness to apply the tools provided.

Payment and Refund Policy
All payments are due in full upon enrollment. Because access to proprietary content and coaching is granted immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Coaching Relationship Disclaimer
Group coaching is not therapy and does not substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Jeanne Collins is not a licensed medical professional. If you are under the care of a healthcare provider, it is recommended that you inform them of your participation in this Program.

Participation Guidelines
While participation in weekly group coaching is optional, it is your responsibility to attend and engage in order to receive the full benefit of the Program. No rescheduling or refunds will be provided for missed sessions.

Confidentiality
Group sessions are a shared space and may include personal sharing from participants. You agree to respect the confidentiality of others and not disclose, reproduce, or distribute any personal information, experiences, or stories shared within the group, whether during live sessions, in chat, or through shared documents. This includes not discussing another participant’s contributions outside the group setting without their explicit written consent. The Coach will not share any of your personal information without written consent, except as required by law. Breaching this confidentiality may result in removal from the Program without refund.

Newsletter Subscription
By enrolling in the Program, you agree to be added to the House of JerMar newsletter mailing list. You will receive updates, promotions, and related content. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in each email.

Intellectual Property
All course materials, coaching tools, and related content are the intellectual property of Jeanne Collins and the House of JerMar. These materials are for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without permission.

Limitation of Liability
You agree to participate in the Program at your own risk. Jeanne Collins and House of JerMar are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your participation.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut. Any disputes will be handled under this jurisdiction.

Modifications
These Terms may be updated or modified at any time. Notice of significant changes will be provided via email.

This high-touch studio experience combines live weekly on-line group coaching sessions with full access to the Empowerment Fundamentals course, a comprehensive workbook, and a guided reflection process—so you’re supported from every angle as you transform from the foundation up.

🌀 Monthly Group Mindset Discussion Calls

  • Once a month join a 90-minute live on-line video session for a guided discussion on various mindset topics.

  • Share knowledge, experiences and resources during these informal group calls.

💬 Private Studio Facebook Community

  • Stay connected between sessions

  • Share wins, ask questions, and feel supported by like-minded women

  • Build real relationships with others on the same journey

📚 Full Access to Empowerment Fundamentals Course

  • A 4-week self-paced course that walks you through Jeanne’s signature House-Building Approach

  • 5 short videos per week (10–20 min)

  • Weekly empowerment themes: Awareness, Manifestation, Inner Reflection, Boundaries
